Celebrate All Successes and this one too!

Celebrations!
Congratulations & Celebrations

Well, well!  Very proud I am; like I have achieved a MAJOR milestone!

And it IS! A great success. Last week’s post was number 100. Yes, ONE HUNDRED! Ta-dah!

I feel both proud and pleased. Privileged too for having the space to share and immense gratitude for everyone who drops by to read and comment. Sometimes these are on the blog itself and many more times, readers connect with me via email. It is all good. Thank you SO much!

So this week I am indulging, by way of celebration, a little trip down memory lane to bring you the five most popular posts. Enjoy – and leave me a little note to let me know which one is YOUR favourite.

1. Clutter Clearing the Simples Way
Admit it. We like to gather things around us. It’s one of those human traits. It is also true that some of us indulge more in this gathering than others. There comes a time though that we have to deal with it. Oh and it can be so difficult and painful. This post shows you a very practical and easy way to organise clutter so you still know where everything is.

2. This Thing called Fear
Whether fear really is False Expectations Appearing Real or a Future-imagined Emotion Appearing Real, when you are in the grip of fear, it is VERY real. Start by just noticing where you feel it in your body: Perhaps your stomach feels tight; perhaps you feel nauseous; perhaps you feel restricted around your throat. Just noticing and being with the fear will ease it. Push it away and it will stay, because what you resist, persist and what you cannot be with, won’t let you be. Just notice, breathe, relax your body and ask what needs attention… then pay attention…

3. An Amazing Discovery
This is an example of the Big U at work. It is my experience of creating magic in my life. It started when a group of us decided to follow the practices in a book called I am Rich Beyond My Wildest Dreams, I am, Iam, I am. The thing is, you can do it too – create this kind of magic – and wake up to your own amazing discoveries just like I did. Oh yes, you can!

4. It is As it Is
I wrote this blog after the first time I spoke to a group of people who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. It made quite an impression on me. I have been invited back, so later this month I am going back to give a third talk. I hear the group is growing. They are such gentle souls, all of them, and so appreciative of the opportunity to come together once a month and participate in activities organised just for them.

5. What me? Never!
Whether you believe it or not, YOU are responsible for how you feel. You CAN choose how you feel. Nobody MAKES you feel mad. You CHOOSE to feel mad, so YOU can CHANGE it. I did not believe this when I first heard it. Subsequently I also learnt that just because you don’t believe it, does not make it untrue. So if this is news to you, may I humbly suggest that you read on and start testing it out in your life. Keep a notebook so you can track your experiences and observations. Perhaps you can shorten your learning curve. No need to do it the painful way like I did.

So there you have it – the five most popular posts to date. Like it? Drop me a note below to let me know … thank you!
